About the shop:

I moved to Hebron, ND in 1995 to make pottery with native North Dakota clay.  My first studio in Hebron was in a great location with a humble home (purchased over the phone, sight unseen, for the sum of $3,000.00) but lacked most amenities to turn it into an efficient studio and salesroom.

In 2003, I moved one block west to a retired Texaco station where more space and outbuildings helped grow the business.

The root cellar for clay storage clinched the deal.  I have plans to build a small, catenary arch kiln this summer but continue to fire an electric kiln.
